Once you received your package, please open and check immediately to make sure the items you received is the correct item, size, color and any defects.
Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Please email us first before sending your returns. Do not send your items back to the manufacturer. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
- Returns must be in original condition and packaging to quality for a refund.

We do not do exchanges due to our products are in high demand and if you send the item back for exchanges, there is no guarantee that the item will be in stock. Our products are quite popular worldwide and sell out fast.
Return Shipping Fee:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected.
- We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records. Do purchase shipping insurance if an item is over $75. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. There's no guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the shipping carriers.
